“After I called Ralph, Logan was here to save us from a flood as water was pouring out of our old water heater. He diagnosed the problem and went to work. He did an excellent job of installing a new water heater and the necessary parts and explained everything I asked him very well. A job well done.

“He immediately started figuring out our drainage problem after listening to the history leading up to the problem.. He reamed and tested the two drain lines from the kitchen and washroom. There didn’t appear to be a backup of water after that.
I requested that the main line out of the house also be reamed/rotored, but Pond’s reportedly did not have the equipment available for that and referred me to another company that they work with and trust.
