“Tim is fantastic. He was very helpful in every way. He answered his phone early morning at a parts house; we were able to possibly diagnose the issue over facetime so he had the part when he got here. He let me know his scheduled time to come, was prompt, friendly, explained everything along the way, funny, cleaned up. He didn't hesitate to call for help instead of leaving questions unanswered. Second time here and I would request him again if ever a need another repair.
