“Jeff went out and noticed the disconnect was off. He called me and asked if anyone had been on the roof lately. I said I didn’t know. He then called me back to say that someone must have been out there earlier in the week because there were new air filters in the unit and they had initials on them and were dated earlier in the week. He checked the unit and then switched the disconnect back on and the unit was running just fine. I really appreciated that Jeff took the precautions and called to inquire before proceeding.”
