These guys left no stone unturned with regard to examining, determining, explaining and remedying the issues with both furnaces. We appreciate Tim taking the time to go over the situation with us in layman’s terms so we can make an informed decision about repairing or replacing one of the units. “We are here in No. Salt Lake taking care of our grandkids while our Daughter and son-in-law are on vacation in Mexico. We heard a loud noise like someone was hitting the house with a bat. We looked all over the house for the noise. When we looked in the garage the water heater was shooting out a large flame with a loud explosion. We turned off the gas and stoped the problem. We then called Pond’s Plumbing on Saturday evening they, Steve and Mason Came on Sunday and put in a new water heater. They gave us the best professional service ever.”
