At 17 years old, we knew that it would have to be replaced. The guys assessed it, went to the shop and picked up a new unit, came back to the house and got it all installed before lunch. We have loyally used Pond’s for as long as we have been in our house and this was just one more reason why we stick with Pond’s. Thanks to Luke and Willie for giving us back our soft water and answering all of our questions!”
