He explained what he was planning to do and would update me throughout the process of cleaning our water heater and trouble shooting a possible problem. He was even attentive to the questions my three-year-old had for him. I was extremely pleased with the service. I'd choose Pond's again because of this great experience.”

“I am so pleased with the service I have received from this company. They arrived on time. They called before they came and gave me a half hour heads up, worked around my busy schedule and could not of been nicer. The service men were polite and explained what they were doing and why. Because of my persnickety older furnace I needed to call again a few days later to rectify a small problem. I did not get charged(again)for another service fee since they had just been here a few days before. I felt that was very nice that they were fair. I know all companies would not do that. Fortunately I had the same two kind service men that were here before. As they were trouble shooting the problem again they keep me in the loop regarding what they were doing and why there was a problem. Totally appreciated the knowledge and teaching that they shared with me. Showing me what to do and how I could troubleshoot some of the problems before I call again is such a plus. Thank you so much Tim and Jake. You are awesome. Thank you, Thank you!!”
