“I have seldom worked with or had work done that was as professional as that by your service associate, Tim Rice. He was prompt. He was friendly. He knew what he was talking about and he shared his knowledge with me as he worked through our issues with the boiler in our home. I especially loved that he cared that we were pleased and that his work was well done. I felt that he went the extra mile with me and I could tell that he was wanted the work to be a good representation of him and of Ponds. He checked and double checked his work and the products he was installing.
