“He immediately started figuring out our drainage problem after listening to the history leading up to the problem.. He reamed and tested the two drain lines from the kitchen and washroom. There didn’t appear to be a backup of water after that.
I requested that the main line out of the house also be reamed/rotored, but Pond’s reportedly did not have the equipment available for that and referred me to another company that they work with and trust.
Michael did a good job. He was pleasant, tidy, and efficient.”
